ROCHESTER - Charles F. Kochenderfer, 75, of Route 7, Box 351, Lake Manitou, died at 8:30 p.m. Monday in his home, after an illness. Mr. Kochenderfer retired from Safway Steel in 1978. He was also employed with Rochester City Dray until 1965.
He was born Nov. 5, 1915, in Fulton County, and was a lifelong area resident. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha VanTrump, in 1962. On Aug. 20, 1964, in Fulton County, he married Angele Percival, who survives with a son, Mark of Mesa, Ariz.; two grandchildren; and a sister, Wilma Felts of Rochester. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Manitou Moose Lodge.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Foster & Good Funeral Home. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today, and one hour prior to service time Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

ROCHESTER - Angele J. Kochenderfer, 80, of 2020 White Creek Drive, died Aug. 13 in Woodlawn Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Foster & Good Funeral Home, where friends may call one hour before services.
