Ms. Zolman was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and worked for Monfort Transportation as a truck driver. She was a member of the OOIDA.
Elinor, better and lovingly known as "Butterfingers", as she was forever dropping things, was a person of many traits and traveled and lived in many cities. She was well known for her cooking talents, using many ingredients from her garden and herb garden. She could taste a fancy or exotic dish and go home and prepare it to perfection.
She worked many jobs in her lifetime including real estate, shrimp boating, cooking, truck driving, Wal-Mart/Sams Club employee, with each endeavor as an adventure. She found "Ericka Von Hammer" (her dog) in a Dumpster at a truck stop in Knoxville, Tenn. Trouble (her cat) and Hammer always traveled with her from coast to coast. Butterfingers was an avid Dale Earnhardt fan and collected his racing memorabilia.
