John Zolman, 715 Park Ave., South Bend, and a resident of Mishawaka 25 years and until two weeks ago, died enroute to Memorial Hospital,
South Bend, at 9:30 p.m. Saturday. A painter and decorator, he had been ill several years.
He was born in Etna Green, Ind., Jan. 25, 1867, and was married in 1895 to Julie E. Goshert, who survives.
He leaves also four sons, Charles D. Inglewood, Calif.; Harry C. at home; Dwight E. of Westfield, Wis., and Mark H. of Wabash, Ind.,
three daughters, Mrs. Carl Carlson, Mrs. Leo Pierce and Mrs. Ethel McKee, South Bend;
19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the Bent & Sprague Funeral Home.

ZOLMAN - Funeral services for John M. Zolman, 88, of 715 Park Ave., South Bend, who died Saturday,
will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Bent & Sprague Chapel.
Rev. Richard Coil, of Elkhart, Ind., will officiate, and burial will be in Oak Wood Cemetery, Warsaw, Ind.
Mr. Zolman lived in Mishawaka for the last 25 years. Two weeks ago he moved to South Bend.

A former Etna Green resident, Mrs. Julia Zolman, 80, of South Bend, died Monday at 2 p.m. in the home of her daughter,
Mrs. Carl Carlson, in South Bend. She had been in ill health for one year.
Mrs. Zolman was born Aug. 7, 1878, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry C. Goshert. She married John Zolman.
He preceded her in death in 1955. She had resided in Etna Green, then Mishawaka and South Bend.
Surviving in addition to Mrs. Carlson are two other daughters, four sons, 19 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Bent and Sprague funeral home in Mishawaka. Graveside services will be conducted at the Oakwood cemetery at 2 p.m. Thursday.
Friends may call at the funeral home in Mishawaka.

Mrs. Julia Zolman
Mrs. Julia Zolman, 80, of 706 E. Keasey St., died at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Mishawaka, following an illness of one year.
Mrs. Zolman was born in Etna Green, Ind., and moved to South Bend from Mishawaka in 1915.
As Julia E. Goshert she married John M. Zolman on Aug. 7, 1895 in Warsaw.
He died Nov. 19, 1955.
Surviving are four sons and three daughters. They are Charles D. Zolman of Inglewood, Calif.,
Harry L. Zolman of South Bend, Dwight E. Zolman of Westfield, Wis.; Mark H. Zolman of Wabash, Ind.;
Mrs. Carl Carlson and Mrs. Leo Pierce, both of South Bend, and Mrs. Ethel McKee of Las Vegas, Nev.
Also surviving are 19 grandchildren and 30 great-greatgrandchildren.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the Bent & Sprague Chapel, Mishawaka, and until the time of services there at 11 a.m. Thursday.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday prior to internment in Oak Wood Cemtery, Warsaw.
