ROBERT F. "BOB" SUMMERS, 81, died Thursday at home.
Born in Fort Wayne, he was a lifelong farmer and retired in 1985 as a truck driver
from G&L Corp. He was a member of the Poe Volunteer Fire Department.
Surviving are his wife, Doris M.; a son, Roger of Huntertown;
four daughters, Carol Ort and Susan Peterson, both of Fort Wayne,
Marjie Rudny of Hoagland and Robin Vincelett of San Diego;
12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services at 10 a.m. Monday at Trinity Suburban Lutheran Church,
7819 Decatur Road. Calling from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday
at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 6810 Old Trail Road.
Burial in Poe Williamsport Cemetery.
